The owner and staff are so kind and provide fantastic hospitality, from offering us a welcome drink to serving an amazing smorgasbord for breakfast. The owner was very attentive, even to the point of asking us to sit down and have a glass of wine with him while he was in the middle of taking care of a large group there for a special event. Pomona is nestled in a beautiful nature area that includes a large pear orchard and distillery. There is an amazing skywalk where you can look 25 feet down to the owners pigs (we fed them our leftovers) and leads to an enclosed vertical vegetable garden. The owner, Janko, has plans to build an observation tower this summer. We will definitely go back when we are in Slovenia again.
