The well-equipped kitchen, complete with a fridge, offered everything needed for preparing basic meals and enjoying coffee or tea. The location at the beginning of the old town was ideal, allowing easy access to the city's historical charm. However, parking proved to be a bit tricky, leading us to utilize a nearby car garage at a cost of 30€. The standout feature of our stay was the incredibly friendly, accommodating, and helpful staff. Their warm hospitality enhanced our overall experience, making this accommodation in Bratislava highly recommended for a memorable and enjoyable visit.

Our train arrived very late, but the staff was proactive and sent us very clear instructions on how to access the hotel and do self check in. Our room was a nice size and very clean. Yes we got a history lesson from the security guard who had been there for over 15 years. A very charming and knowledgeable man. The highlight of my stay, however, was undoubtedly the staff. Each and every member of the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in ensuring that I had the best possible experience. They made me feel like a valued guest and their genuine hospitality was evident in every interaction. Whether it was the front desk staff who greeted me with a warm smile every time I entered the hotel, the housekeeping team who ensured my room was always immaculate, or the restaurant staff who provided exceptional service during my meals, every staff member played a crucial role in making my stay unforgettable. Hotel is great, comfy and very clean hotel, every day new towels! It’s not in center of city but the station is right in-front of hotel so its very easy, and short time transport to center. Big recommendation!
