The manager greeted me with a warm, soft-spoken kindness, and my luggage was promptly handled. Everything was clearly explained, from the free breakfast and coffee to the WiFi access, making the stay effortless from the start. The room itself was spotless and comfortable, blending modern style with a touch of traditional charm. The staff were attentive and friendly, always curious about my plans but never intrusive. The location is perfect – close to great coffee shops and with easy access to the city, making it an ideal base for exploring. Overall, this place offers incredible value and a truly relaxing experience. I’ll definitely be back.

Fitted with wooden furnishings, each individually designed room comes equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and a balcony or patio with garden views. Shower facilities are included in the private bathroom. The location is great, close to many cute cafés, Sunday walking street and local food. It was home away from home. The room is well decorated and sparkling clean. The owners are very kind, welcoming and offered early check-in without charge (of course depends on their availability). I wish I could stay longer.

The owners and all staff provided us with exceptional services and are the most friendly people I have ever come across by far. We came back late after hours one night and forgot to inform the owners, the gate was left unlocked for us and one of the owners came out helping us finding space to park our car at 1am. Thank you! Rooms are spacious, clean and reasonable price. Good range of breakfast menu to choose from. Highly recommend.

Within walking distance of several must see temples and markets. The accommodation is a 15-minute drive from Chiang Mai International Airport. I like the simple layout of the room. The pillow is very comfortable. The breakfast is EXCELLENT. The staffs are capable and there services is 10/10. If I come to Chiang Mai I will stay at the BED again for sure.

What I like the most is the breakfast and then Russian boy who came to serve and talk to everyone. He gave me a lot of advice about where to visit and what to eat. This part impress me the most.

The location is not the typical tourist location as it is a bit out of the main attraction area, but we loved the fact that we could eat at a local restaurant where there is no English menu and get awaken by monks chanting at the temple next to the hotel. The hotel offers bicycles to ride in the neighbourhood and lifts to the Night Bazaar and the Old City.
