From the street you enter a “secret garden” - lots of plants, small decorations, pool. Really cozy… Rooms are spacious, with small sitting area outside. Very nice and positive staff. Breakfast was very good. Location perfect - you can walk to many temples, to the walking street. We enjoyed our stay enormously.

Great place to stay in Chiang Mai old city - close to lots of different restaurants and attractions. Staff were very helpful and friendly, and even contacted me after we left something behind in the hotel (they kept it until we returned to the city the next week) The TV in the room was fantastic, modern smart TV so you could unwind with YouTube, Netflix etc The pool was brilliant with a nice depth of up to 1.7m, more than normal hotel pool sides! Their breakfast was tasty, and they had dinner options which were also good. Plus, stocked beer fridge at front of hotel 👍

The staff are friendly, especially the boy at the reception desk, he helped me a lot. The location is hundreds of meter away from the One Nimman, which is quieter and less crowded. Thank you all.

I’m on 3F so no elevator is tolerable for me. They serve American meals in their restaurant, though there is a Thai restaurant beside them.
