I was traveling alone and for the first time in vietnam. Ruby and Julie took such a good care of me. They were always supportive, always asked me about my stay, told me where to go and what to see. They organised 3 amazing tours for me (Ninh Bình, Sa Pa and Hạ Long bay) and I could always have a room in between my daytrips. One time I even got an upgrade to the best room on the very top with an amazing view. The communication went really well. I could contact them any time if I had any questions or wishes. I also used the laundry service which was good and they provided me a sim card for my whole stay in vietnam. Thank you so much for everything! The hotel location is perfect. Right on the border to the old town but still in a more or less quiet area compared to other hotels in the same neighborhood. I am very happy that I picked this hotel and I highly reccomend it to anyone who is visiting hanoi!
