Everyone from cleaning to kitchen and reception, all included, were very friendly and helpful. It so happened that we got in contact with the reception, Julie, already when we booked. so we could made some arrangements before we arrived. Hanoi isn't new to us but this little gem certainly was. Loved everything about this place. This is located in the heart of the bustling Hanoi market area with access to everything you need. The staff, particularly Lily, were amazing. We planned to stay one night, but ended up spending three nights. We booked a day tour to Ninh binh with their help. In fact, we were traveling to Da Nang after Hanoi and Lily helped us book a highly customised tour in Da Nang for Bana Hills which saved us a lot of time and travel. While we were checking out, they gifted us a cute Vietnamese couple magnet set which we thought was a very heart warming gesture. Whenever we come back to Hanoi again, we know where we'll be staying :)
