The apartment exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness was exceptional, and both the bedroom and the living room were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the bathroom was quite large. The balcony featured a pleasant lounge area. We never went to the swimming pool, but it looked nice. The property is well-located, just a 3 to 5-minute walk to the bus stop and supermarket. The surroundings are amazing. If you like biking or walking, there's a lovely park nearby. It was a worthwhile stay, and I recommend it.

The staff was very nice and helpful. They answered each question and also gave additional info. They also helped in our other queries. The room was clean and comfy with nearly all the required necessities. The breakfast was also good and contained a good variety. Villa Flöckner is a place I didn't want to leave. Despite the small size of the room (single), I could not imagine anything better. Ideal cleanliness, excellent shower, excellent bed, electric kettle. Every little thing is provided. The variety of dishes for breakfast and their quality are amazing. Very friendly staff, ready to solve any problem. The trolleybus stop that will take you to the city center is opposite the villa. Less than 10 minutes walk to the train station (Salzburg Hbf). To summarize, I can say - everything is done here to create maximum comfort for guests. The villa will give odds to a four-star hotel! If I come to Salzburg again, then only here!
