I booked hotel Gilbert based on the proximity to the MuseumsQuarter and the reviews and I must say I am super happy for my choice. Clean, comfortable, nicely decorated rooms, reasonable size for a short stay. Bathroom was comfortable and with nice ammenities. The room included espresso machine and a tea kettle which was great. Breakfast was awesome - plenty of choices with high quality ingredients and high quality cooking. The staff was very kind and helpful - which is so unusual for Vienna. I would like to highlight here that Bianca made a great impact on the way how we felt about the hotel and the stay - her kindness, professionalism, confidence and willingness to provide information about the hotel and the city were outstanding. the hall of the hotel was also very nice to sit and hang around in the evening after dinner. We were two friends with three kids and the kids really enjoyed staying and playing in the lobby - super child friendly staff. The big surprise was the hotel restaurant - great food and wine. I think Gilbert will become by go-to-hotel when in Vienna.

I received a warm welcome from the hostel. The location is good, can walk to the bus stop from the airport which I get off. There are many shops and restaurants around the area nearby. I feel like I stay at my friend home!

The staff is absolutely wonderful and very welcoming. The best experience so far in Austria. Our room was very charming and the bed super comfortable . They serve amazing breakfast, anything you can think of.

Excellent location. easy to catch public transportation and even there is a local car/vespa rental office few steps away where I rented a car to travel to Bratislava. Facilities are well equiped. In general, we had 3 great nights in Vienna.
