The helpful staff assisting with information and arranging taxis. The restaurant served good food for dinner and the chef was very kind to give me a complimentary appetizer. It’s unfortunate that other guests didn’t eat there and just treated it like a bar. The location was excellent for the Belvedere palace and Karlskirche. I preferred taxis for the museum quarter.

1) Great location near supermarkets & restaurants that feels clean & safe. 2) We loved the room’s interior design! Really spacious room for our group of 3. Hypoallergenic. I have dust allergies and I really appreciated the carpet-free room floor, the clean closets, the comfortable sheets, the clean bathroom, and the heated bathroom floor. 3) Staff were friendly and helpful. It was our first time in Vienna and being able to ask them questions was a big help. The breakfast was also good, the “good morning master” lady in charge of breakfast was friendly.

Excellent location, 15 minutes walk to center. Naschmarkt under your window, which means you can always get a bite to eat or a drink! But nevertheless it’s quiet at night. Most helpful stuff. We got a triple room, which was perfect and had everything you need. Filling breakfast, everything was fresh.
