The staff member Asmir went above and beyond. Her greeted me knowing my name when I entered the hotel. He found a solution for the issue with my shirts. Even though the hotel did not have an ironing service he found a way to deliver and be sure about it my shirts were perfectly ironed and waiting for me in my room upon returning.

First and foremost the Host Tarik was extremely helpful and polite. Initially it was tricky to find the Apartment. When I met up with Tarik he helped me to find a free parking space and also helped carry my big suitcase. The kitchen was fully equipped and clean. Gave me directions to mosques and shopping places.
