The design and atmosphere of the building was very warm and welcoming. Staff were attentive especially Emily, who was at reception on Sunday 8th December 2024. She gave fabulous recommendations and places to visit. One of which my 8 year old daughter especially enjoyed!!!

Not only is the hotel charming and in a wonderful location, but every one was so helpful and kind which I truly appreciate as my daughter got sick in the middle of the night. With the help of everyone at the hotel, we felt very assured in this stressful situation. If we are visiting Brussels, we will most definitely be staying in Cardo and I will also recommend this hotel to all my friends. A heart felt thank you!

Erick was the perfect host, providing a delicious breakfast with homemade bread, yogurt and preserves every day. When we arrived at 9pm on our rainy first night, tired, hungry and soaked through, he very kindly phoned one of his favourite local restaurants to ask them to accommodate us for a late dinner. We enjoyed getting to know Erick and his very friendly cats, and hope to visit them again in the future.
