really liked the place - we actually moved out of an Airbnb in St Theresa, where we didnt feel secure and were so happy to have chosen the hotel - its calm and the neighbourhood is nice and bustling and we felt rather secure. Also the staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast is amazing! Great plus for the pool and the sauna, we would stay here again.

I have been staying in this Hostel for about 2 months, which should speak for it self.
It is a place which easily and quickly feels like home. In this period i have Seen many People coming back multiple times if they would pass by rio. They would all agree it is one of the best hostels they have been during their entire trip.
I have always been able to sleep perfectly. Comfortable beds with privacy, and Space for storing your stuff!
The roof terrace is great for hanging out solo or with friends, and the gym up there is very well Equipted.
Loved staying in a Favela to get a sense of That as well. Always felt very very Safe.
Will def come back to brazil and If Rio will be part of my trip, this will be the Place to stay.

Having originally booked for two days, the staff helped me to extend my stay with four days so I could attend a wedding nearby. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly each day. Excellent breakfast and lovely pool. I will definitely come back when in Rio.

Hidden gem in Rio. Amazing view. Monkeys once in a while visit and they’re very peaceful. The strength of this beautiful place is in its owners who are like uncles to you. They know everything about the city and it’s nice to learn from them and to hear about their story. While also maintaining your privacy. Breakfast is marvelous and dressed up with sense of style. This adds an extra dimension to your stay! We have never have experienced such personal care like that in a commercial stay.
