We were treated like gold!! The host, Monica, was very accommodating and checked in with us daily. She recommended places for us to eat and to visit. The location was very close to the train station, which made it easy to get around. Thank you Monica for making stay so enjoyable!

Luxurious hotel with exceptional service that you won’t find elsewhere. From the moment we arrived at the hotel until the checkout time, the entire staff was extremely professional and friendly. The rooms are spacious and very classic, beautiful lobby, it is the best in Bern. We had a personal incident and we received a great support from the staff and the management. I am really speechless. This was honestly a hidden gem! It was absolutely spotless, extremely comfortable, and had everything you need. The host also provides a fridge in the room which was super handy. Not only that, it was only a short walk from places like the Bear Pit, Old Town, multiple viewpoints, and the river, or a short bus/tram journey to the main train station. I absolutely loved every minute of my stay here, and the host was absolutely lovely- even when I managed to have issues with the door at gone 10pm, she was nothing but helpful and kind! I couldn't recommend staying here more, it truly felt like a home away from home. I can't understand how it isn't fully booked constantly! (My second night, I was the only one there!) If you're looking for a place to stay in Bern, honestly look no further!

This is an amazing place to stay in bern. Great location, great amenities. Stay here you won't regret it. The kitchen is equipped suffiently. We made fondue 2x and did not have a problem cooking that or breakfast every morning.

In Art Nouveau-style, Apartments Justingerweg is a 10-minute walk from the Old Town, the Clock Tower and the Cathedral. It is a 10-minute walk from Bern Zoo and 328 feet from Thunplatz Bus Stop.

The apartment is exactly as depicted in the photos. The entire apartment was great - large and comfy. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, silverware and cookware and had a large refrigerator and oven. It has a washing machine and dryer for clothes. The location is in the heart of the old town off the main street and couldn't be better for sightseeing or old town access. It even overlooks the large city Munster out the back windows! Access using door codes was simple. We will stay here again when we come back to Bern!
