Excellent delectable food and most importantly amazing staff. We want to express our gratitude for the entire wonderful, helpful, knowledgable reception team especially Karine, also Justine and Daria, and the excellent and kind concierge gentlemen especially monsieur Pascal. We also enjoyed the best Swiss cuisine at Restaurant Les Armures located in the hotel. The whole experience was wonderful for us as a family, Les Armures is a true marker of the excellent and warm Swiss hospitality.

Really nice location, apartment well equipped . Hadn't realised Switzerland was a different electrical system to the rest of Europe, so our adapters didn't work in normal sockets. It was exactly as the photos shown. It was very roomy and classy. The owners kindly provided us with some necessities like oil, sugar, salt etcetera. We drove there so we could park our car in front of the unit. It’s very convenient. The owners were very helpful and prompt in answering our queries.
