Absolutely stunning hotel with excellent staff, 9/10 for attention to detail. The only Hotels I've stayed that would be better would be some of the five-star hotels in the big chains like the Ritz-Carlton group, but in Switzerland and this time of year you'd be talking multiples of the price we paid to stay here. Genuinely brilliant boutique Hotel. Location was probably the best of any city stay hotel I've been to. Thanks to Tom especially for his help with booking tickets etc. Hotel restaurant was also a genuine treat with the traditional Swiss Fare explained by good waiting staff. Well worth booking for your first night in my opinion.

This was the best apartment we have ever stayed in. The location is excellent, and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment was modern, tastefully furnished and comfortable.

Staff is outstanding. Fer and Racula at the reception where most friendly and welcoming and. Rooms are small but functional and comfy. Location is top at the foot of the old town in Geneva centre just 5 min walk from the lake.

The staff were great and the reception was fantastic. They were so helpful in upgrading my room, taking care of my luggage, early check-in time and still helping with a tour plan! The room itself was large and very comfortable. located centrally and close to the main station it was very convenient to move around. Definitely recommend it.

Excellent location. Transport is near the hotel (Servette station). A supermarket is on the ground floor of the hotel (Migros). McDonald's is on the corner of the hotel. Restaurants are very close. The train station has 3 tram stops, and the old town has 4 tram stops (no. 14 and no. 18). The United Nations, International Red Cross, International Conference Center, International Labor Organization, and UNHCR are at 3 bus stops (no. 11), all 1.4-17 km from the hotel. The airport is 4.2 km from the hotel. The hotel is designed for the 21st century. Telephone technology for access and facilities in the hotel. A big plus for the common area on the 9th floor. We arrived after a very long and delayed fight from Singapore. It was so nice to walk into a homely environment, where we could immediately relax. Louisa had placed some essential items for us, such as milk and bread, which were warmly received. The home was very clean and warm. There is a supermarket close by about a 15min walk. Louisa had great communication with us. Highly recommend. Thank you for a lovely stay.
