It was clean, comfortable and in a calm neighborhood. Staff were super friendly and supportive. The Lucerne ticket which we received a few days before our stay, was really helpful! The hotel is not in the city center but with the ticket we could use all public transport in the zone 10 and it was practical. We were very satisfied with our stay.

The best hotel i have visited in Europe.
Very lexiouruis and worth the money
The view i had was so beautiful i didnt want to leave my room.
And i went for dinner to the stake house in the hotel and i had one of the best cuts of beef in my life.
The swimming pool and spa experience is top notch
