The views inside and outside the hotel were breathtaking.
The room was big, super clean and have all the amenities we needed.
The food was very good and the staff was amazing.
It was our 5th wedding anniversary and we had a lot of welcome gifts in the room.
The infinity pool is just beyond words.

It was clean, comfortable and in a calm neighborhood. Staff were super friendly and supportive. The Lucerne ticket which we received a few days before our stay, was really helpful! The hotel is not in the city center but with the ticket we could use all public transport in the zone 10 and it was practical. We were very satisfied with our stay.
