The room was super comfortable and clean! The breakfast was ok! The two things I liked most was: the location (super near city center) and the staffs (who gave me a free ticket for public transportation and a discount for San Salvatore Lift that was the most amazing thing I did in Lugano). They also allowed me to do late checkout for free. I would hardly recommend it!
