The staff was extremely friendly and smiling, especially the restaurant staff. The receptionist told me we had her favourite room in the hotel and I can concur that it was flawless - very spacious, had everything one might need. The hotel itself seems a little bit dated at this point and could easily be a luxurious place with some renovation. However it is only if you are picky, the restaurant food was amazing, we enjoyed our time at the SPA greatly, the room was perfect, enjoyed the mountain outside the balcony. It was a perfect plan B due to a rainy day in St Gallen. Highly recommend.

It was very very pleasant; minimalistic and cozy at the same time... plenty of bathrooms and everything squeaky clean! Wonderful. And you have washing machines and drier (: It's located less than 4 stations from the main train station so that's also very convenient (at least for me that I traveled for business and I needed to go to another town every day) So I definitely recommend it (: it is nice and modern and clean and pleasant. I stayed at the hotel with two dogs. There was a large dog carpet and bowls waiting for me in the room. The room was spacious and we felt comfortable sleeping there. The hotel has a lovely fitness centre which I enjoyed working out in the morning. The breakfast was great and the service at the reception, restaurant and fitness centre was excellent. The room was clean, had a bathrobe, slippers, all hygiene products, the shower was spacious and comfortable. There was a kettle and everything to make tea in the room.
