Great size apartment, easy to access anywhere - good communication with the host as we overcame IT challenges for deposit payment but we sincerely appreciated the early check in for our young one to take a nap!

Thre check in process was simple and the room was clean. They thought of things like bowls and tea which i thought was standard until we stayed at hotels in other parts of Switzerland and there weren't any when we needed. There was enough closet space and cupboard space in the bathroom. Irons are not standard in Swiss hotels so be sure to bring non-wrinkle clothes. The location was great-- close to grocery and train station. I'm so glad it was our first ever hotel to stay at in Switzerland.

Love the no contact access to the hotel. Very well designed hotel system with the key box and designated fridge compartment for each room. Friendly guess and staff. The view from the breakfast balcony is great. Perfect stay!
