Absolutely excellent staff, so helpful.. they would always take time out to help you. Location is great, next to the lake and you can walk alongside it to make it to the centre in 15 mins.

Possibly the best place I have stayed in Switzerland. Incredibly clean rooms, excellent facilities, perfect location (bus stop across the road), but most of all the warmest friendliest staff. I felt like I was at home.

Didn't have private car park space, but the owner guided us on how to get the parking approval. There was no WiFi connection in the apartment. It was supposed to be fixed, but never happened until we checked out.
