We got an early check-in with free upgrade to a high rise room with great view over the city, complementary fruit platter, it was a huge apartment, the mattress was comfy, the bathroom products were high quality, the pool was superb decorated and not crowded at all, the complex is in a central position.

Excellent location, close to Chunxi walking street, IFS building and Chunxi Road Metro Station, also the airport express and some of the major park express buses too. Breakfast was simple but good.

The location was very central within the town and metro station is just within short walking distance (<100m). City view is awesome. Top notch cleanliness with daily cleaning service available. Assistance to any requests for the room were provided timely by the owner. Owner also provided very clear information and instructions on how to gain access into the apartment.

We had a fantastic stay at Temple House. The property is atmospheric and very conveniently located in a vibrant part of Chengdu. The concierge team make the experience very personal, helping to book tickets for attractions and even getting us meal tickets for restaurants so that we didn't need to wait in line. The service and attention to detail set Temple House apart from other high end hotels we stayed at in China. The pool is beautiful and yoga on a Saturday morning in the grounds was an unexpected highlight. We were lucky to get an upgrade to one of the Residences which had a great view and was super spacious. Special shout out to Troy, Dennis, Bolun and Max for looking after us for three nights whilst we celebrated our anniversary. We didn't want to leave! We also had an incredible vegetarian dinner at the Mi Xun Teahouse which made a pleasant change from all the meat we consumed on the trip.

Looks new and clean. We only stayed a night and chose this location as it is a short distance to Chengdu East Train station and we were catching the train the next day after arriving in Chengdu.
