Everything! The room was super beautiful with a nice view over the lake. All the propriety is really well maintained. Outside you can really relax and enjoy peaceful moments. Staff was amazing, super kind and helpful. Melody helped us to organize activities and also lunch and dinner. We really appreciate her kindness.

Everything! This is one of those places were you will understand why it has an average rating close to 10. Location is nice and quiet, everything is very clean, bed was the most comfortable one in a two month trip. Staff was really friendly, the overall atmosphere is just great. Great Chinese breakfast.

The staffs were great, super kind and accommodating. The location though slightly far out from the city centre, is near the reed flute cave, and has a beautiful trail for cycling, e-biking and running, it's right in the heart of Guilin nature.
