This hostel really surprised me, it was absolutely amazing! My room was comfortable and clean, with some details that I really appreciated - like laundry detergent for hand washing. However, the best thing was the community rooms. I really liked the greenery, the terrace, bar and more - it was a perfect place to relax. Also, the location is great, one can walk to the Daguan park within 30min (or take a bus).

Overall my recent stay at Intercontinental Kuming is with absolute satisfactory. Especially I was very happy for the assistance by the Concierge te4am. Mr Smulin was very helpful to me such as buying new air tickets to other city of China and further amendments as well as arrangement for my airport transfer. This was an excellent find. Very good value for money and great location. Free breakfast and laundry were a bonus and something we did not except. Staff had limited English but were still very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Good location. The train station is just beside the hotel. 2 stops away from Wuyi Station. Shopping is just nearby. Clean and well- maintained. Staff are very helpful and speaks good English.

The service staff from the door to the counter desk to be room service to the breakfast table are all impeccable and knowledgeable. Love the details inside of the hotel room. The room is spacious and with a very comfortable bed. But if you intend to add another bed, it might be quite challenging. It does come with a day bed near the window. Just request an extra pillow and blanket. This hotel is next to a big shopping mall with all the high-end shops.
