The Manager Ben did his best to make sure our early check-in request can be fulfilled. He and his team made us feel we were staying at home. The location is so central and it was easy to go everywhere. Loved our 2-bedroom apartment with balcony. All facilities are very fine. Even the scent smells so nice! It was such a bless to find this place to stay for our unforgettable 4 nights in Shanghai. They have a rooftop bar as well so it was easy to catch up with friends.

I really liked the location (very central), the design of the rooms was nice, the rooms were very clean. This hotel offers free laundry and drying service, which is amazing.
On the last day of my check out, smth happened to my internet connection, so one of the guys working in the hotel helped me order a taxi to the airport, which I’m very thankful for.

It was the second time I stayed at this hotel, the first one was 14 years ago, and it remains a very good hotel. Great location, right on people's square, in the city centre of Shanghai, at walking distance from many attractions and very close to a metro station with different metro lines. The room I stayed was big and had a nice view. On the top floor the hotel has a nice bar with a great view over the city. The price I paid was good for such kind of hotel.
