The Elysee is a wonderful hotel. Management thought of absolutely everything one could wish. From the size of the corridors to the comfort of the room. Every thing is super clean, generous and quiet. On rainy days the red awning on the windows make the room glow rather than looking gloomy. All 3 restaurants have perfect staff and wonderful food. The bar and cafe area near reception is wonderful as well.

We can only have positive words for Hotel Fresena. The room was very comfortable with a large window, comfortable beds and everything was clean. There was room service. Every morning they offered an exceptional breakfast with a great variety of food, sweet and salty. The Staff was very attentive at all times: they attended us at our entrance explaining everything we could do in Hamburg, location, most visited places, etc. and they were available for everything we needed. Without a doubt if we return to Hamburg, we will book here. Thank you very much to the entire team of the Hotel!
