This hotel went beyond our expectations. The location, the staff, the rooms, the view, the service, everything is impecable and beyond what we thought (and read) it would be. Front desk: very friendly staff. They welcomed us with a tea while we waited for our room to be ready. The room: 10 points with an exceptional view to the cute square in front of the hotel. Walking distance from the city center. Breakfast: supreme. We could even get some sandwiches for our way back home and they also gave us a voucher with a complimentary drink (tea, coffee, beer) to take at any time with us. And the cherry on top: they gave us a souvenir (mug) to take home with us. For sure an experience we will remember! Thank you Rafaela hotel for the beautiful experience in Heidelberg!

Best of Best Hotel in Heidelberg. Best Location.Best Service.Best Breakfast. Unique Hotel. If you think normal luxury Hotel service ? No way. It's a kind of residence Hotel of luxury. Interior Design amazing. Do not expect room services.This Hotel is for long term residence. Reception is open 8 am to 8 pm only. But... Walking 10~15 minutes, everything near. Not much noise. I got deep sleep and wake up. I got new energy in here. I was stayed room 23. 7 nights. Actually 3 nights reservations but I don't want to move other place. So I just staying 7 nights. In my room has samsung laundry machine. There is River Cafe, Foods, Price, Service & Location wonderful. Just walking 10 minutes. Right side of this Hotel. Last week Koln Messe for business. This week for Holidays. Tomorrow I will move to seoul for golf. I m leaving Los Angeles CA. I will be back soon. Next time I will bring my golf Club.

Beautiful, clean room and welcoming, helpful staff. The location of the hotel is superb, central downtown. We came rather late and did not find parking, but very kind and considerate staff helped us in finding parking pritty quickly.

Location is super: the Main Street is very close, as well as there is opportunity to quickly cross the bridge and have a nice walk on the other side. Breakfast is gorgeous and the staff is very friendly. Best choice for solo-traveler.
