The staff is amazing... Very friendly and helpful. The hotel is family-friendly. They have some toys for kids at the reception. There's free coffee/hot chocolate/tea all day long! It's a very cozy hotel. Thank you so much for your great hospitality!

Location is easy access to several public transportation options. Clean and modern, everything worked. Staff was very helpful and nice about it. You are not going to get a great view from this hotel, but I didn't care about that. If that's really important to you please beaware.
