Staff was very attentive and kind, and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, nicely decorated. Wine hour was a nice touch. Good coffee and tea in the room.

Family room was not big but smartly planned, kids had their own window and area in the room, bathroom had very convenient area in front of it with sink, so it was possible to brush teeth/put make up while somebody is in the shower and this made our morning routine faster.

The atmosphere when you entered the vicinity- you feel welcome. The proximity to Copenhagen central station is top. In just few mins walk you are already at the station. The breakfast was good too, varied and tasty. I got a room with a view of the yard and Tivoli's fireworks. And of course, the personalized note from the housekeeping staff, it says how they value their guests.
