For the price; can't complain. Shared kitchen very clean and there were was everything needed for guests to use to cook. the floor of the room and hallway is very clean. Love it. Stayed for 2nd time.

Staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful, shared bathrooms were always immaculately cleaned, my room was cleaned and towel replaced once a day, there is a small courtyard to hang out and smoking area if you need it. Management let me store my bags after I had checked out and they had water and snacks available for purchase. Always someone around who is available to help you and the location is close to an amazing taco place that had live music and delicious food! Management also let me use the property phone multiple times to contact the airline I was flying with. Location felt safe.

It is more of a hotel than a hostel. The rooms including the bed and the shower are very nice. The breakfast is good. The staff was extraordinarily friendly, especially Fernando who made a breakfast early in the morning before we had to leave for our flight possible.

The room here was very comfortable. Bed was firm, with plenty of comfy blankets and pillows. Room was large, lots of storage for unpacking. Shower was hot, with a spacious bathroom. Good wifi throughout. Friendly and helpful staff. We arrived on a very late flight (2am) and the front desk was available to receive us. They helped us arrange taxi from the airport in advance (standard rate $15, and 35-45 minutes). Very responsive on Whatsapp if you need to contact the hotel. Delicious breakfast - simple but satisfying and high quality (egg station, cereals, yogurt, coffee, fruit, juice, and cold cuts). I really appreciate that they even had an alternative milk option. There were water filling stations from filtered jugs inside the hotel. The location was excellent - close walking to restaurants and bars, easy for taxis to find, and felt very safe. I would definitely book again!

I loved this b&b. The owners are super sweet. They are also vegetarian so breakfast was perfect for me!
The rooms are big, private, with hot showers and comfy beds. They put a lot of thought into their property, with nice homey details. I was able to keep my extra bags here while i hiked the Quilotoa loop. It’s close to lots of restaurants and cafes, and the bus/metro line. Definitely recommend a stay here!
