Ok where to star from we came with 3 families and had a very fast and smooth check in and given us the best rooms they had available the manager himself Mahmoud and the staff at reception was excellent and give us the best welcome and helped us out with late check out and took away all the stress I had for my late check out specially I had kids. I can never than you guys enough l.This hotel is a full entertainment hotel wonderful animation team Wasem Alex Lilly and the kids club guys and a few more that I forgot the name wow wonderful guys. Kitchen staff was amazing the chefs were personally coming and asking if we liked the food and introducing Egyptian food Ahmed the chef manager became like a family and had so much laugh at restaurant and made our holiday very special. The food is different everyday and lots of different delicious options to choose and eat from.i will definitely come again and again to this hotel. All I can say come and see it for yourself for family couples they have everything and if you want to see in video I will upload the video on my sons YouTube channel soon you will see it and love it.

The service was really good. We enjoyed everything. The dive school was very good. The boys finished there padi. We went to the sasha bar almost every night to relaxe and the service there was really good aswell. Rooms very clean all the people where very nice. If we needes something they made it happen. Also I got a refund because we left in the evening to luxor to stay there a vieuw days before we go home. Really nothing negative to say

Everything was quite pleasant, the hotel is huge and there is a staff that takes care of you at almost every point. The staff is very friendly and respectful. The hotel I went to for the second time has a really special place for us. I would like to thank the kind and helpful staff at the reception in particular what you need.
