We had a wonderful stay! A big thank you to the entire team for their warm hospitality. Special appreciation to Mr. Ahmed at the front desk for making our early check-in smooth and hassle-free, and to Mr. Eihab, the Front Office Manager, who kindly checked on us every day to ensure everything was perfect. The Aqua team brought so much fun and energy, while the restaurant chef and service team impressed us with their delicious food and excellent service. Truly a memorable experience — we felt very well taken care of. Highly recommended!

Incredible stay and excellent service. After a long journey and a long Christmas marathon back home, we were ready for some quality time. This Resort was outstanding! We relaxed at the beach with coffee and snacks and walked through the garden until we hit different restaurants for the evening. Thank You to Hanna specially and the rest of the team!

We stayed at both this resort as well as Neverland City Pickalbatross. This resort was BY FAR better! The service was impeccable it really felt very personalised and attentive. I had some allergies to citrus fruits and all staff was made aware of it before I even set foot in any restaurant or bar. Chef Bahaa made sure to send fresh fruit for me to my room and he made a special effort to find me at breakfasts and check on me. The beach is lovely and swimmable (unlike many other beaches in Hurghada) with coral reefs and snorkelling very close to the shore. There are always staff around looking to bring you fruit or drinks or sort out whatever you need. Every day someone whatsapped me to assist with restaurant bookings and to check if there was anything else I needed. All of the restaurants were impressive. ~For our anniversary supper they arranged a cake and a private room at one of the restaurants decorated for us! I highly recommend staying here and would love to come back one day with my kids!

The Staff are very friendly - The room was clean - The food was very delicious - The Beach was sandy and near by the rooms - Snorkeling was amazing as the Sea coral and fish could be seen from a short distance - Pool was very nice - Animation team was active and funny - The outside area of the hotel is nice for a walk - The Aqua park was really nice. Overall it was agreat experience and I would do it again next summer.
