The complex of Reef Oasis is fabulous,we stayed at the Sentido section, stunning gardens,Coral Reefs on beach amazing, food was beautiful, service was best we have experienced to be very honest , stayed at reef oasis sentido. Samy and Mohamed at Sentido beach area gave us literally 5 Star plus service for 10 days, the beach is spotless clean thanks to the guys. Gillian from Sentido team really looked after us which we were very grateful for and appreciate. The Reef Oasis complex is the best resort we have experienced for the above reasons, we highly recommend it. We were a family of 3x from Ireland and will return in October again for 10 days. The stay at Sunrise Montemare Resort - Grand Select was absolutely superb!! Starting from the arrival until the last day service exceeded my expectations. All members of staff ( manager, reception staff, bar attendants or housekeeping) were attentive and friendly with a smile and willing to assist in any query. The variety of food, presentation and cleanliness at breakfast / lunch break or dinner was amazing. The lifeguards at swimming pools were always alert, which is extremely vital whether you are staying with friends or family with kids. Liked the entertainment/dance show including for kids every evening and then life music later on to enjoy and relax on the terrace. Working in a hospitality sector myself and knowing ups and downs of a customer service, I would like to thank all the staff members of Montemare Resort for the hard work they put into their everyday duties to make every guest feel so comfortable and happy and the stay so unforgettable!!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is unbeatable, right in front of the beach. We were lucky enough to have the first bungalow, and waking up every morning to that stunning sea view was absolutely magical. One of the absolute highlights is the direct access to the coral reef. From the hotel, you just walk across a small wooden bridge and you’re right in front of the coral barrier, no boat trips needed! So make sure to bring your snorkeling gear, because the underwater world here is breathtaking and you definitely don’t want to miss it. The location is also perfect, close to everything you might need from the city. The rooms are very clean and well-equipped: there’s a safe, a TV, mini fridge, air conditioning, and a spacious bathroom with a great shower and good water pressure. Everything you need for a comfortable stay in Sharm el Sheikh. A huge thank you to the manager, Adel, he was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. I had a small accident and injured my leg, and he went above and beyond, providing me with an emergency kit and checking on me daily to make sure I had everything I needed. Truly exceptional service. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. I had told the manager in advance that it was my boyfriend’s birthday, and they helped me surprise him in the most beautiful way, they decorated our room, brought a birthday cake, and made sure everything was ready even though we arrived late. It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that made our trip unforgettable. Their kindness and attention to detail made us feel truly cared for. The food was also great, and yes, they had French fries every day, which, let’s be honest, is a holiday essential! Overall, a relaxing, wonderful experience!
