I was visiting with my elderly mother. I got a wheelchair from the reception and the hotel is suitable for that.. I loved the beach, I loved the view from the balcony, the staff were friendly, I loved the bbq and a very special thanks to( Chef Mohamed Amin, )he was a hospitable and professional person.

Staying at Steigenberger Alcazar was a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The service was excellent – staff were always friendly, attentive, and helpful. The restaurants offered a wide variety of delicious food, and the pools as well as the beach area created a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. Everything was perfect. We loved our stay. At the reception all the receptionist are very helpful, nice. Specially Andrew is the best. Our room was clean, Mr. Mustafa did great his job. Very polite, nice. The staff in the Main restaurant, cooks, waiters are the best very communicative, helpful, they work hard. We had also the dinner in Indian restaurant, all the staff is the best... Actually all the personal were top of the top. Everybody are really friendly. We would go back, just because of the staff. Otherwise for family vacation this is the best choice. We went also in the other Charmillion hotel, by the sea. Also there is perfect. We really recommend this hotel for hodilays in Sharm El Sheikh.

Everything was great. The staff were all friendly and wanted to help in anyway possible, expetially Osama at reception. Room was cleaned every day. Food was delicious and fresh. A lot of options you could choose from. Beach was clean and nearby. Animation team tried to entertain everyone. Mini disco and show every night. Aqua park with a lot of different slide for every age. Beautifull gardens with different flowers and trees. There were 5 a la carte restaurants. We tried Lebanese and Japonese. Both with delicious food and firndly staff. I would recomend these resort to everyone and definitelly will come back again.
