Warm welcome by the staff. Clean, large, and comfortable room. All-inclusive: breakfast, lunch, and dinner from different restaurants located on-site with various of delicious food and drinks. Several swimming pools (different sizes both for kids and adults). The seawater was cold, but we enjoyed swimming in the pool. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfect. We loved our stay. At the reception all the receptionist are very helpful, nice. Specially Andrew is the best. Our room was clean, Mr. Mustafa did great his job. Very polite, nice. The staff in the Main restaurant, cooks, waiters are the best very communicative, helpful, they work hard. We had also the dinner in Indian restaurant, all the staff is the best... Actually all the personal were top of the top. Everybody are really friendly. We would go back, just because of the staff. Otherwise for family vacation this is the best choice. We went also in the other Charmillion hotel, by the sea. Also there is perfect. We really recommend this hotel for hodilays in Sharm El Sheikh.

I would like to thank all the staff for their hospitality and the quality of their service, especially the receptionist Orandeau. I really enjoyed the hotel — it’s calm and peaceful, and the restaurant buffets were delicious and very varied. I especially appreciated the excursions offered by the hotel, particularly the boat trip and the diving. However, the excursion I enjoyed the least was the safari.
