We had a great stay at the hotel, we are a family with 2 kids, 4 years old and a baby and we visit Bordeaux for the weekend. We arrived by car, the hotel has a parking nearby (20€/day) and is 5 min walk from city center; excellent location to do all by foot. It was a misunderstanding with our booking and due to the fire safety regulations we could not stay all 4 in one room so the hotel offered us another room (next door) for free. Do to this confusion we had to wait 1hr to acces the room and they also offered us with freed drinks bouchers. The hotel is very nice, quiet and very confortable beds to sleep. The tapas restaurant is very good and the personnel very nice. We really recommend this hotel to visit Bordeaux.

The hotel is newly renovated and is extremely nice to stay in. we liked the Kitchenette and the availability of snacks and drinks. the room was also very clean and had comfortable bed and pillow. The location is central but a bit away from a direct city center that is loud and crowded. we liked that it was quite outside the hotel.
