For the money we paid i didn't hold high expectations but the hotel, whilst dated was clean, comfortable and ideally located for us. What really lifted the stay was the hospitality shown by the staff. Truly exceptional.

Walking distance to cafes, restaurants and bus/trams. Lovely outlook on the garden. Comfortable bed, hot water, loved being able to make our own meals. Host responded to questions quickly. Would recommend.
