We had a fantastic stay in Nice! The host was absolutely wonderful—super friendly, helpful, and even gave us recommendations for restaurants and bars to check out in the area. The apartment itself was spotless, with fresh towels and clean bedsheets, and you could tell it was recently renovated. Everything felt modern and comfortable. It’s perfectly suited for a group of four people. The location was excellent close to most of the city’s main landmarks and in a vibrant neighborhood. While we came across a few strange sights in some of the other areas, the part we stayed in felt safe. A lovely extra touch: the host had left some drinks for us in the fridge when we arrived, and he's even helping us by sending some souvenirs we accidentally left behind - such a kind and helpful person! We had a great time and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Nice!

Excellent staff and a quite good location! The rooms are very spaceous, bright and clean. The bathrooms could use some work, but all in all it's a great hotel when travelling on a budget. The 24h reception makes travelling and exploring Nice easy.
