Everything was perfect. Modern design, comfortable beds, everything what you need if you want to prepare some food. Location is perfect: in one of the trendy bar street. Access was convenient: we got codes which allowed us to enter the room. I wish to stay there our next visit

I loved everything about this place. Cosy, clean, attention to details, everything made with love. Coffee / tea / water in the fridge and even a bottle of wine! Everything was perfect. The host was very attentive and answered all my questions quickly and even helped me to check in an hour earlier at no extra cost.

Great location a few minutes walk to the port with several bars & restaurants. Tram station for line 2 (airport) & line 3 is roughly 5-10 minutes walk away. The old town & beaches are roughly 10-15 minutes walk away. Very nice apartment with air conditioning, nicely decorated, great facilities within & a beautiful terrace with views over parts of the port. Self check-in via a key box. Good & responsive host through the messaging service. As a note/ awareness for future guests, there are around 40 steps to climb to get to the top floor of the apartment building, this could prove difficult for those with mobility issues &/or with heavy luggage.

I highly recommend this apartment. The apartment has been beautifully renovated. The location is prime. Right at the old port. View on the water in the morning is stunning! Just a few minutes walk to the Promenade des Anglais. Communication with Mathias was perfect! He was very flexible with check in and check out since our flights were very late in and out of Nice. He and his wife welcomed us at midnight to explain and show everything.

When we got to the property someone was waiting for us. She showed us which keys are for each door. Then we went inside the flat it was very specious and clean and the balcony view was wow. It’s was easy to get to the property by car and by walking. You have local restaurants 10 min walk very close to nice port. Everything was perfect.

The location is excellent! Veryy good for the price. Food is also very good quality and you can eat as much as you like, since the plates are refilled all the time. The staff is very helpfull and very welcoming! Felt like home.
