1) Hands down the staff! The gentleman in the concierge have been super helpful and welcoming! Excellent location just off the Royal Mile for visiting festival and Tattoo. Due to location it was easy to pop back during day for a break between shows and activities. Good communication from owner. Very peaceful and clean building with friendly Porter. Apartment had plenty of crockery, additional towels, bedding etc
