As soon as you enter the hotel, you knew that your experience was going to be very good. The staff straight away were very friendly and with a smile. Once in the room it was spotless, spacious and very comfortable. The bar and eating areas again were spacious and comfortable. I think what I enjoyed most was the staff, especially the bar staff and waitresses. They would always have a smile and engage in conversation with you, getting to know you, advising you and even giving me a lesson on the history of the cocktail Bramble.

Nice apartment close to main attractions. Clean and comfortable. I stayed here two times - the first time, I got a larger apartment, but there is not much to complain about. The personnel is helpful and pleasant to talk to. I would come back in the future.

This is my second time staying at Staycity, and it truly feels like a home away from home. My kids insist on staying here every time we visit Liverpool because they feel so comfortable and welcome. The apartments are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, which makes our stay very convenient, especially when traveling with children. The location is also excellent, close to the city center and everything we need. The staff are always very nice and kind, going out of their way to make sure we have a pleasant stay. We really enjoy coming back here, and it has become our first choice whenever we visit Liverpool

Lisa was really kind, easy to contact, the place was very central. It was an amazing price for what we got, my family felt comfortable and cozy. It was lovely. It has quite fun vibes because it seems a student studio, but with all the facilities and it was clean, what made it a great option for us, staying for a short period.

The location was excellent, very near the city centre and the nightlife. The gentlemen running the shop downstairs were also helpful, and this is an added plus!
