staff even arranged for lunch to be made for us as we had to miss breakfast one day when we left early for a day tour.

The staff was incredibly helpful and always made sure we had everything we needed. They even explained all the tours and helped us book transfers, which made our trip so much easier. The room was spotless and super comfortable, and we loved having a terrace with a beautiful view of the lake. The city views from our room were also stunning. The breakfast was delicious, and we appreciated that they offered us food from the menu too. The location was perfect, in a quiet area but still close to everything we wanted to explore. Even though we booked the hotel late at night, they were fully available and arranged an airport transfer for us. The guy who contacted us even woke up to make sure we were doing well. The hospitality and warmth of the people there made us feel so welcome. We absolutely loved everything about our stay and can't wait to come back!

The hosts were incredibly hospitable and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. It was clean and great value for money. The location is great, a 10 min walk to Old Tbilisi and yet situated in a quiet location so you can sleep well at night. There are all sorts of amenities close by (supermarkets, ATMs, restaurants...). The washing machine worked wonderfully and the balcony was nice.

We had a wonderful stay at Iris Hotel Tbilisi! The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-equipped, perfect for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and how conveniently located the hotel is, making it easy to explore the city. Great value for the price, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi. Breakfast was lovely with a mix of continental and local items pastries, croissants, Georgian dishes like khachapuri, fresh salads, cheeses, sausages, and a selection of veggies. Looking forward to coming back again!

The staff is attentive and smiling. Thanks to the whole team, including the manager Irina, Mr. Ivan and the other lady at the desk. It is a very suitable choice for families.
