The appartment is basic and very nice, comfortable and clean. Eli, the host, is adorable!!! So nice and interesting to talk to, very knowledgeable and sweet!! We forgot something in the house and went on, and she went out of her way to help us! The location- a few mintes walk from the beautiful Perama Cave which is a most veatiful tour! We recommend :)

The room was clean, comfortable and had everything necessary for a relaxing stay, like blinds that allow you to make it completely dark for great sleep. Location is perfect, at the center of beautiful Perama (with great mountain air) and a couple of minutes walk from the stunning cave. What makes this place really next level however are the hosts. My car broke down on the highway 40 minutes away from Ioannina. I don't speak the language and called the property for assistance. My host Yannis helped me find a tow truck to take my car and arranged for my car to be repaired at a great workshop, and in two days it was ready and I could continue my trip. In the meantime the hosts took perfect care of me, drove me to the workshop to get update on the car and allowed me to check out later on my last day until the car was ready. This goes way beyond common hospitality and I was absolutely amazed by all the generous help I received. Not only great hosts but kind and helpful human beings. I would definitely visit again and wholeheartedly recommend the place! I would give 20 stars out of 10 if it was possible. Heartfelt thank you for a great stay!🙏☺️
