The Christmas decorations were really cute! The beds and lining are top quality and super comfy. They provide toiletries and a small sewing kit. They drove me to the station and allowed me to stay in the hotel even after the checkout time. Breakfast was really good too! Scrambled eggs with hashbrowns, bread, and beans. Very typical from Guatemala. The staff is very nice and helpful. Would repeat!

The room is super comfortable, extremely clean, bed is comfortable and shower is great. The hotel has great amenities, the pool and jacuzzi were impecable. The gym has enough equipment to accommodate the guests. The food in the restaurant was delicious.

Overall, our stay was very pleasant. The hotel is super clean, and the staff is nice. One waiter, in particular, was extremely kind and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The other waiters were average, but aside from that, it was a great experience.

The owner was very helpful, the area was beautiful and very well kept. I would love to come back and stay for a longer period of time because the view was immaculate. Thank you to the owner for all the information about the area and also he helped me get in contact with a tour guide for a volcano hike.
