The Channels were standard across all Disney hotels, one for Pixar, one for Marvel and one for Star Wars + News, and other channels. Hotel Shuttle was very convenient They provided a cute tin toiletries storage to bring home. Compared to other Disneyland hotels, they have better variety of food downstairs, including grab and go options. They also provided us with an automatic water dispenser. The beds are more cosier than Disneyland Hotel

This hotel was very impressive, from the entrance to the room. It is 10 stars hotel. The workers at the entrance are very welcoming, helpful, and always smiling. A lady will guide you to the elevator, and then at reception, well-trained staff handle your booking efficiently. I was upgraded to a room for a small charge, but the view was marvelous. The room was clean, with a great atmosphere, unique design, and the facilities exceeded expectations. The food is excellent, and everyone is made to feel welcome. The service experience is unforgettable—something that can't be easily described. In Hong Kong, no hotel is better than the Ritz-Carlton. When I return, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

We had a free room upgrade (to a room with awesome view). Check in/out was very fast with staffs always available to guide us around. Service was exceptional. Love that we have 24/7 room service and gym. Location is super convenient, with a mall right next to the hotel, connected. Walking distance to Kowloon and Austin MTR.

It is comfortable hotel and excellent location . To Disneyland you can go by foot , if you want, or go by shuttle bus

Everything was smooth and comfort. *Please take note that there will be security deposit upon checking in and will hold it until check-out and will be back to your bank account 7-14 days after the check-out* How to get there: If you have lots of bags, I suggest taking the A21 bus, price is 35$, can buy the ticket next to the bus terminal. Travel time around 44-50mins. Get off at Argyle, closer to the hotel than the next bus stop. Location: Best location! Has a footbridge to Langham mall and from the mall there’s an access to Mongkok MTR station. Staff: Great staff! Our baby turned 2 while staying at them, and I love that they gave her a cake and some cookies making our stay extra special. Front desk staff was helpful and informative. And we also love our housekeeping lady, Peggy, she was really nice and accomodating and all smiley face (not very common). They also have free water refill so you don’t need to buy water from outside. They clean the room and the bathroom everyday, they also change the towels everyday (but it’s your choice you you want it changed or not). Bathroom: both shower and bathtub. Hot and cold. And the water pressure was really good 👍🏼 They also have daily supply of tissue. Toiletries: Yes the do have! hair and body wash and also hair conditioner. And the smell are so nice! So good that I wanted to take it home but sadly it wasn’t allowed, you must buy it haha Bedroom: Bed and pillows are so so Nice! Especially for a Scoliotic person like me. Window has automatic curtains and has window blinds. View: buildings. In the room they have: Iron and Ironing board, hair dryer, safety deposit box, bathrobes and bedroom slippers, mini fridge, electric kettle, coffee maker (capsule).

We stayed in a wonderful sea view room with a king bed. The hotel is located next to a flawless beach and has a lot of well-kept facilities for use. The breakfast buffet is located in a space with a relaxing vibe and has a wide variety of options. Friendly service; great internet. The whole hotel gives you a pleasant seaside feel (I believe the decorations must have been update recently; we stayed in the hotel a few years back and we were positively surprised about the decor and facilities).

can’t believe how amazing is this hotel location at, easy to go anywhere in Hong Kong! me and my girlfriend love the room, bathroom set up with the TV so much! definitely we gonna live here again after my japan trip!

I’m very love this hotel the staffs are very friendly and good location. If I will go to HongKong , actually stay here again. But I think that if toilet has bidet shower it is excellent .
