Location of the hotel was excellent, just above a good mall. In a very good area with lots of food and shopping. The MTR station is just below the hotel as well. The room was clean and comfortable. The best part was the staff. Cordis has the best and friendly staff I have experienced in Hong Kong, from the check-in desk, housekeeping, etc. Keep up the great work.

The hotel was big, high-rise and the rooms were big enough even the toilets are big. We stayed for two nights and it was very comfortable. The view was exquisite. The staff were friendly and they allowed us a late checkout.

Great staff, professional + efficient + kindness . Although it needs a little bit walk to the underground and not most easily for bringing a baby, it’s still worth to stay here. The staffs are smart and helpful! Also the aircon (heater) works, nice for sudden cold weather.
