Harbour Club benefits are fantastic. A large Club lounge with refreshments and nibbles throughout the day. Included breakfast at the 188 Restaurant with a fantastic view from all tables, buffet and a la carte included. Welcome tea and biscuits brought to your room. Very helpful staff at the Harbour Club lobby, going the extra mile to accommodate requests (thanks Candy!). Altogether, these benefits made for one of the most high-end hotel experiences we've ever had.

The view from our room was amazing. We got upgraded to the suite room too. The staff was very friendly and informative.

Friendly staff, clean room, a fairly new hotel so deco is quite fresh and appear quite new; freshly pressed bed sheets and covers, room cleaned, bed made, towels changed and supplies renewed everyday. Aromatherapy handwash, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner; International TV channels. Filtered water dispenser and coffee pod machine provided to guests free of charge. Excellent location on King's Road just above HSBC. 5 min walk to Fortress Hill MTR and 5 min walk to North Point MTR. I stayed at the weekend for HKD650 booked via Booking.com. 5 stars for this little hotel.

Super convenience location. Lot of eateries around. All within walkable distance. Close to all transportation so very easy to get to anywhere in Hong Kong. The staffs are all very friendly and helpful. Yes, we will stay the same place again next time we visit Hong Kong.

The location was great. It was a few minutes walk from the Kitakaku subway station exit and there was a bus center in front of the hotel. The room was equipped with simple necessary items. Each day, we had new slippers and mineral water bottles, too. There was a very delicious restaurant in the next building.
