From the moment I arrived, everything about my stay at the St. Regis Hong Kong was pure excellence. The attention to detail, the elegance of the rooms, and the overall atmosphere of refined luxury made this one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had anywhere in the world. From seamless check-ins to helping coordinate every detail, Priscila ensured everything was handled flawlessly. Everything is as expected. The room is rather small which is the norm in most Hong Kong hotels within the city. Location is great. The staff are very welcoming and polite. The cleanliness is superb - bedroom and bathrooms are spick and span. Water pressure is amazing. Shower area is just enough. Could be small for foreigners but again, it's the normal size in Hong Kong. Bed is very comfortable. A bit on the hard side which is to my liking so if one prefers softer beds, this is not for them. There are 4 huge pillows for use. Bottled water is not provided but there's a machine that boils tap water apart from the usual electric kettle for boiling water. In general, tap water in Hong Kong is safe to drink. Washing machine and dryer are available for a fee. Not that cheap but useful.

Exceptional location, the staff was fabulous and very helpful at front desk, breakfast in restaurant was awesome. My room was so nice. Harbor view from my room was spectacular. The pool and fitness was clean and beautiful. Totally enjoyed my stay.
