Checking in and out was pleasant and they stored my luggage for a couple hours as I had a late flight. This was a lovely hotel to stay in - everything was clean, they had complimentary tea in the room with kettle which I loved, the shower products were nice, and the view was great. Excellent location too, you can walk around Causeway Bay, Wan Chai, and the midlands. You can even walk to Hong Kong park in half an hour and take the tram up to Victoria Peak!
