What I really liked about the stay in this hotel are so many different things; the location is excellent. It is right in the middle of the city. There are several markets, shopping centers, restaurants, and many other attractions. It is slightly expensive However, if I were to come again to Hong Kong, I would definitely stay there and I will for sure recommend this place for my friends and family. Henry was amazing. We had an issue with our first room and he was able to move us to a different room immediately and he was always there whenever we had questions. He is absolutely professional, kind, polite and knowledgeable. There were several instances where he provided support and help and went above and beyond. Thank you so much Henry we really appreciate you you made our stay excellent and amazing.  The breakfast is incredible. The type of foods that are available are wonderful.  There are taxis all the time if you need them or you can just use Uber. The room comes with a dehumidifier, which is excellent.

The hotel room was clean, neat, tidy, with a very pleasing, comfortable and elegant finishes, with 2 clean and comfortable single beds with clean beddings and pillows, a large TV providing many enlightening, informative and enriching tv channels provided, with a very clean, bright, white washroom with bathtub provided, with self-dispensing comfortable, aromatic and vegan body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided. The hotel room was well-situated at the 17th-storey, with high glass windows providing very good, stunning, scenic, elevated views of the surrounding hilltops, tall buildings and roads in the surrounding Kowloon and Yau Ma Tei area.

The staff was great and allowed us to work from the lounge while waiting for our room on the day of arrival. The staff was kind and ready to help, from receptionists to cleaning personnel. Breakfast was great, with vast choice, and the staff there was also amazing. The room was impressively big for that price in Hong Kong, and very clean.

Location is right next to the Yau Ma Tei MTR station. Make sure you take the exit B- Portland street exit of the Yau Ma Tei MTR station. Very convenient. Great for a 1 person stay. I desperately needed a phone charger and they had exactly what I needed. I arrived very late in the morning- 1.30am, as my flight arrived in hong kong late. I was able to use the codes to get into the building and room.

Excellent hotel for a 3 day trip to Hong Kong. Location is right next to a Mrt station and bus stop , not far from center. Rooms are very clean, comfortable with window and all the necessary amenities. The building itself is nicely decorated. Nearby there are a lot of affordable options for esting out.The staff has been very kind during my stay. I would definitely return to this hotel given the opportunity.
